If you register with us as a candidate, you agree to:

We reserve the right to remove candidate profiles or decline to represent candidates who fail to meet these obligations.
5. Client Obligations
If you engage our services as a client (employer), you agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful job descriptions, role requirements, and company details.
Comply with all employment legislation, including the '“Equality Act 2010”, “Health and Safety at Work Act 1974”, and immigration/work permit requirements.
Treat candidates fairly, without discrimination.
Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our agreed '“Client Terms of Business”.
Notify us promptly if you hire or engage a candidate we have introduced.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Recruit Employ.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
